I Want To Grow Taller .I’m 15 Years old ‘m 175 or 176 CM . My Father Is 175 . My Great Grandfather Was 213 . And i Haven’t Had My Growth Spurt Yet . My Father Told Me When He Was At My Age He Was Shorter than me .But i Really Would like To Know About Growth Spurts For BOYS . Or Where To Get Best HGH Food or Foods That Have Lots of Amino Acids . apparently doing weights stunts your growth, so don’t do so much weight-lifting before you turn 18…

play a lot of basketball, it does stretch people out a couple of inches !
