I eat healthy and work out. I just need to lose the last 10lbs. I did Hydroxycut and that was a silly waste of time and $. Has anyone tried an appetite suppressant of some sort energy pill. I dont want alli or a dioretic. Just more of a boost and not wanting to feel hungry all the time.

Look… you should see your “Hydroxycut experience” as a lesson, any kind of diet pill or hunger suppressant out there will NOT work!

A really good NATURAL hunger suppressant is water!

If you drink enough water you will actually get full on it! drink around 2 glasses of water when your hungry and that should be good.

I’ve read in a magazine that Hoodia actually works. You can also try green tea extract to speed up your metabolism. it is inexpensive and good for you even if you don’t lose weight. They say it can give you good results if you eat sensibly.

I found hoodia to be quite effective. I lost 10 lbs. But initially there was no effect. Only after about 10 days.

I stopped having hunger pangs. I never succeed in losing weight from dieting or exercise before as I always felt hungry and in the end ate more.

But you must take pure hoodia and make sure it is potent. Some brands have little active ingredient.
