@WorldPeace4All6 I’m a little under 6′ at a little under 180. No failure here, because it’s all lean. You just have to know your own body. You my friend have not even tried my method. Not that I think you should. I eat guys like you in a bare knuckle fight. Snatch…lol (to the bank)

i kinda believe in theese stuff. but you have to have a changing soul and an always-motivated mind. if you dont meet theese requirements, then this is just a scam being played on you.

the best way to lose weight and act insane is to smoke crack.

It kills me watching amazing tits being wasted on muscles…

You = #FAIL

ONLY IN AMERICA…

1) Walk 3/4 to 2 miles a day, (depending how you feel)
2) 3-5 workouts all done at the same time (body weight, no weights). Do whatever reps or sets you’d like. I typically do 3 rounds on average. Pull-ups and push-ups are bliss!
3)Eat a lot of fiber, fruits, vegetables, protein. (stay away from faty foods)

4) Eat whatever you’d like a few times a week.

Discipline people.

I’m 5′11″ weighingin at about 180 and that’s all muscle. ;)

Pause the Video. lol. You don’t need to work 100x, 50x, 25x, 12x, 6x, 3x, 1.5x, or even 1x. Everything you do, do it in Moderation. If you workout hard, you burn more, so you have to eat more. Of course your metab. Speeds up with 4-8 meals day, but who has the time to count meals. I’ve got a few tips that I use and am very very satisfied with the results.

You can only catch a quick glimpse of me several times, but i was there and it is an awesome workout that will come out in June. TurboFire is a workout that you won’t want to miss!

Beachbody has brazilian butt lift

@lionfiretx Body Gospel is not my type of workout, but you know, if it gets people off the couch and gets them moving, so much the better. Everyone finds something else that motivates them.

I’m REALLY looking forward to this workout. I’ve a bum knee and Insanity is a bit more than I can handle. Tony is great but he’s not the type of trainer that motivates me. Chalene really motivates me. i can’t wait to add Turbo Fire to ChaLEAN Extreme!

i love insanity and p90x but im a girl and i would love to do workouts like this with a woman trainer so i am def. going to try this out :)

This is sort of like Insanity, but with some TJ moves.

they need to come up with a work out for Latina women. we want curves not flat butts and no hips.

@bibbeny It’s gimmicky and ridiculous. If it wasn’t for programs like P90X and Insanity I would seriously start to question beachbody.

@lionfiretx The best thing about BeachBody products is that there is something for everybody. Christians needed Body Gospel, and BeachBody provided. Now let’s push play.
