I get tons of spam on hotmail–almost all of it for medications like viagra and cialis. And those words usually appear in the subject line. Is there a way to set up a filter on hotmail so that messages with particular words in the subject line get blocked? I think yahoo mail has it, but I can’t find it on hotmail? If hotmail doesn’t, is there any cheap or freeware I can install that will do the same thing?

I have set as many filters as possible to get rid of spam from pharmacies and the like. I also mark/report every single on of these email as spam. But I am still getting a ton of these annoying emails! HELP! I don’t want drugs or this spam!
