I was prescribed hydrocodone for my back after my epidural. I have been feeding my newborn formula to compensate for the breast milk. It has been 6 days since I last took Hydrocodone and I was wondering if it was safe to start breastfeeding?

Im a 15 year old male who is on a diet. I lost some weight last summer and now I’m trying to just lose the rest of the baby fat. I do a moderate-intense workout every other day and on my days off, (recovery day) I drink Muscle Milk Light. Someone please tell me if this is helping or hurting my weight loss program. Keep in mind that I would like to add muscle as well, but I’m mostly focusing on losing weight.
